Our service design aims to improve the existing takeaway delivery system in Macau, focusing on three key areas: enhancing the customer experience, optimising delivery efficiency for riders, and creating a safer, more efficient working environment for them.

Design of the brand logo inspired by Chinese culture, incorporating the red colour for celebration and good fortune. The vibrant red of chilli peppers can also stimulate the appetite, making it a perfect choice for a food-related brand.

Product design : Bone conduction headphones
The tools used by delivery staff in Macau are motorbikes, which are different from the electric vehicles used for delivery in mainland China. The motorbikes are faster and it is not safe for the delivery staff to answer the phone when the customer calls, and the sound is noisy, so the bone conduction headset is designed for the delivery staff in Macau.

Technical principles :
The essence of a bone conduction headset is that sound is transmitted through bone conduction. This technology has the advantage of preventing some microphones from picking up unwanted noise, such as wind noise, thereby making speech clearer.
